La traduction est facturée au mot cible selon la langue, l'urgence et le caractère du texte à traduire, selon devis établi sur demande.
Paiement dans les 30 jours après réception de la facture.
La confirmation de commande se fait par retour du devis comportant la mention "bon pour accord" et la signature du donneur d'ordre, accompagné d'un versement de 30% du montant total hors taxe et du numéro de commande. La signature implique accord avec nos conditions de vente.
Annulation avant prestation :
en cas d'annulation un mois avant la date de la conférence, 50 % du montant sera retenu ; 100 % si l'annulation a lieu 15 jours précédant la prestation, sauf si les interprètes ont pu trouver d'autres contrats.
Toute contestation est recevable dans les huit jours suivant réception de la traduction par le client. Passé ce délai, elle est considérée comme acceptée.
Responsabilité et confidentialité
Les travaux se font dans le strict respect du secret professionnel.
Contact Europe ne peut être tenu pour responsable des retards de livraison dûs à des cas de force majeure.
En cas de litige, la responsabilité se limite au montant de la facture concernée.
La loi française s'applique en toutes circonstances.
Our terms of sale
Rates for translation, based on the target language word, vary depending on the language, urgency and nature of the text to be translated. Cost estimates are prepared on request.
Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of our invoice.
To confirm an order, the client shall return the estimate duly signed by the authorised person and bearing the phrase "bon pour accord" (agreed), accompanied by an advance amounting to 30% of the total cost, net of tax, and the order number. The signature implies agreement to these terms of sale.
Cancellation of interpretation services:
one month before the conference, 50% of the price is due; a fortnight before the conference, 100% of the price is due. No penalty will be applied if the interpreters have been able to find alternative contracts.
Any complaints by the client shall be notified within a week after receipt of the translated document. Thereafter, the translation shall be deemed accepted.
Liability and confidentiality
All work is carried out in strict compliance with the rules of professional secrecy and confidentiality.
Contact Europeshall not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to fortuitous events.
In the event of a dispute, liability shall be limited to the price of the disputed order.
These terms of sale shall be governed by the laws of France.
